Club Run Routes
Sundays are for LSD - Long Slow Distance. The original Sunday club run is typically used to complement your weekly training by focussing on building endurance on the longer runs, through extended runs at a comfortable, conversational pace, rather than speed. The aim is to hold a constant pace at a moderate intensity, and just enjoy your running.
Our club runs are varied and challenging, and showcase some of Joburg's prettiest suburbs.
